Faster Support When It Matters
Emergency Response: We aim to attend qualifying AC, plumbing and electrical emergencies within 90 minutes of receiving access approval. This includes major AC failure, serious water leaks, loss of water supply or widespread power loss.
Non-Emergency Response: We aim to attend non-emergency faults within four working hours, subject to access and availability. These may include reduced cooling, minor leaks, low water pressure, faulty sockets or localised electrical issues. Exterior electrical fittings, gardens and irrigation systems are not covered.
Preventative AC Maintenance Your contract includes three routine AC services per year, scheduled approximately every four months. Each visit helps maintain performance, identify developing faults and reduce breakdown risk.
How It Works
Request Your Pre-Contract Visit
Our bookings team visits your property to confirm the number of AC units and complete an initial review of their cooling performance. We also note any obvious plumbing or electrical concerns that may require further investigation.
Receive Your Contract Proposal
We confirm the proposed contract coverage and any payment arrangements. The contract runs for 12 months from activation.
Complete the First AC Service and Property Inspection
Within approximately two weeks of activation, a qualified technician completes the first full AC service and inspects the property’s plumbing and electrical systems.
Address Pre-Existing Problems
We provide a separate quotation for any defects identified during the initial inspection. Pre-existing problems must be repaired before the affected equipment can receive full contract coverage.
Begin Your Scheduled Maintenance Plan
Once the property meets the contract requirements, we schedule the remaining preventative AC services and provide call-out support for the rest of the contract period.
